The system has been tested to carry 100kg of glass and is certified to 100,000 operations (UK certificated).

Sliding door track dimensions: 57mm high x 48mm deep. Fix to ceilings using size 10 or 12 wood screws (65mm long counter sunk). Fixing recommended at 300mm centres. Holes are pre-drilled. Size of hole 8mm diameter. Single glass door maximum weight: 100kg. Double door maximum weight: 200kg. Can be used with 10mm or 12mm toughened glass to a maximim height of 3 metres. Position of the cut out for the hangers 100mm from each side. width of the door (builders opening) plus 100mm. That gives a 50mm overlap on each side. As the tracking is only two metres long we would recommend retaining the maximum width at 1000mm. Height maximum 3000mm.

 

The following additional information is available for this product

iglide solo sliding glass door track can be screwed directly to masonry walls or stud partitioning. Just unclip the cover and using the holes provided, either screw directly to the studs or plug and screw to masonry to enable any number of design options. If you require iglide double doors, then just buy two kits and join the track in the centre of the opening.

To calculate the glass size; measure from the bottom of the track to the finished floor and deduct 15mm from the height. This will give you 10mm under the door and 5mm between the track and the glass. If you require more to accommodate an uneven floor, then you have the reassurance of an additional 5mm. The hangers can also be adjusted up or down for any necessary adjustment. The section shows the position against the wall. The distance from the back of the glass to the wall is 14mm , more than sufficient room to allow the cup handles to pass over the wall if required. When screwing to the wall, please ensure there is enough support as glass doors are heavy. The iglide solo system is completely top hung, so a channel in the floor is not needed in order for the door to operate. The iglide system comes with a floor guide.
